Anupar recipe : Kaberir HeNshel :
ranna kora pod tir naam..... Chingrir Rosa.
Method : Chingri machh gulo ke dhuye niye adar rosh, peyajer rosh, halud guro,,nun, lebur rosh arr plum sauce(2tsp) diye marinate kore rakhbe...tarpore olive oil e bheje tule rakhbe..
erpore pan e tel diye(olive oil) kalo jeera ar kacha lonka phoron debe...tomato kuchi, peyaj kuchi ,shamanyo chini diye bhalo kore narabe, ektu bhaja bhaja hoye ele ete halud guro, dhone guro,kashmiri lonkaguro,gorom moshla guro ,ada bata diye bhalo kore koshabe...ektu koshe ele ete tahini paste arr posto bata shonam ratio te debe, tarpore shamanyo joler chita diye koshate thakbe, alpo plum sauce ,nun debe , tel beriye ekkebare gaye makha makha hoye gele tate chingri machh gulo chere debe..shamanyo nariye niye lenur rosh chipe namiye nebe...
Bhaja peyaj pata chhoriye poribeshan korbe…
