Mangser Shingara :


5 nombor ginni Aditi tairi korechhen Mangser Shingara, shange or nijer hathe tairi Mangsher Shingara-r chhobi.
Ingredients :
500 gms minced meat
1 tsp holud powder
2 bodo Peyaz,chopped
3 tbsps ghee
6 cloves roshun, chopped
350 gms refined Maida
4 Kacha lonka, chopped
Nun swadmoto
1 bunch dhonepata, chopped
Ghee/Tel for deep frying
Method : Mangso te onions, garlic, chillies and coriander leaves diye ghee te bhalo kore nere nao, salt and nun dao jate bhalo kore cook hoe jae aar meat ta dry and tender hoe jae. Keep aside. Moida ta olpo nun aar 1 tbsp ghee diye bhalo kore mekhe nao. Divide kore choto balls banao . Roll out each ball, about 3 inches in diameter. Cut into half and form cones. Dampen the side edges and press together. Full in the mince mixture and seal carefully. Deep fry in hot ghee on a low fire till light brown.Serve with tomato sauce/poodina chutney!
