Ingredints :
2 big potatoes – 3/4th boiled and cut into thick slices (gol gol)
1 bringal/ eggplant – cut into slices and fry a little with salt
Mince preparation:
Oil –500 g mince -
1 big onion – finely chopped
Loads of garlic - crushed
2 carrots – in small cubes
3 med tomato – pureed
Italian herbs
Salt pepper
Method : Prathame tel garam kore – tate onion bheje nao, put garlic and fry until they turn soft. Add carrots and mince, fry until meat is cooked, add tomato puree and cook for 45 mins – add water if necessary. Season well with salt, pepper and Italian herb. (besh ghono hobe sauce ta, jhol jhol jano na hoye jay)Sauce:2 tbsp flour niye ektu jole guliye nao. Put 2 tbsp butter in a sauce pan and low heat e goliye nao. Add 200 ml milk. Salt pepper , ar jayfol (optional) guro dao. Ebar mayday gola ta diye khub narte thako, until it becomes very creamy (besh ghono – tabe thok thoke jano na hoy), Ebar ekta oven proof glass er square kinba round bowl nao.
