Baishakhi'r Snacks recipe


Baishakhi-r rannaghore tairi Snacks:

Chholar Daal - overnight bhijiye rekhe dao KaNcha Lonka - 2-3 te Ginger - grated Whole Cumin - 1 tsp Ektu Hing Puff Pastry squares

1. Bhejano daal seddho kore nao, kintu daal jano gole na jay, gota thake... shab jal drain kore dao

2. Pan -e tel garam kore ektu Hing dao, tarpore Jeere foron diye Ginger ar KaNcha Lonka kuchi dao. Daal ta bhalo kore bhajo. Puro shukno hoye gele ekta dough er moto hoye jabe

3. Ready made Puff Pastry square gulo rolling pin diye ektu bele nao. Daaler poor bhore side gulo dim kinba jol diye bandho kore dao bhalo kore..

4. Bake it in oven till goes golden brown and puffy :)

Vapa Machh Microwave e vapa jekono jinishi khub tasty hoy. Aar sohoj hoye jay. Tai ei recipe ta try korte paro.

INGREDIENT

Machh er pieces( Ilish ba Vetki ba Chingri) Tok Doi. Sorshe bata Kacha Lonka Mustard Oil Salt Holud

PROCESS

Prothome tok doi r sorshe bata valo kore mishiye nite hobe. Tar sathe nun holud mix kore nite hobe. Sei mixture ta diye mach er piece gulo adh ghonta marinade kore rakhte hobe.
Tarpor 1ta microwave er flat dish e 1tblsp mustard oil niye, 100% power e 30 secs gorom korte hobe, tate slitted kacha lonka add kore. Abar same power e 30 secs dite hobe. Tarpor tate marinated machh er piece gulo diye dite hobe. Ektu jhol moto rakhte hobe, nahole lege jabe. Tarpor cover kore 60% power e 8 to 9 mins diye, microwave off kore, 10 mins obhabei rekhe dite hobe. Tarpor ber kore nilei ready.
